2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chakmehsi P.S. Case No. 132 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 363 and 365 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the victim has got married to one Bhola Shankar and she has said that she wants to stay with Bhola Shankar.

4. The petitioner is the wife of Bhola Shankar and she is in jail since 25.08.2023.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)
