2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, while the informant and his associates were returning after playing DJ sound, four unknown accused persons overpowered their vehicle and on gun point, they snatched DJ vehicle, mobile phone, documents and cash Rs.10,000/-.
4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that no incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner his name has come in this case during course of investigation on the basis of his confessional statement made in Patori Police Station Case No. 204/2024. Petitioner is ITI student pursing his course in Chaurasia Rajkishore Industrial Training Center, Hajipur.
5. Learned counsel for the State opposes prayer for bail. He submits that the petitioner has got criminal antecedent of Arms Act which indicates that he is habitual criminal, as

6. Considering the nature and gravity of allegation and criminal antecedent of the petitioner, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
