The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered under Sections 399/402 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner was apprehended by the police and, on search, one looted country-made pistol was recovered from the possession of the petitioner and for that the petitioner is in jail since 27.04.2014. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as has been stated in para 3 of the bail petition. Considering the fact that one loaded country made pistol was recovered and for that the petitioner is in jail for eight months, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned
