JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 2 28-01-2015 The petitioner, who is in custody since 27th August, 2013, seeks bail in connection with Kuchaikote P.S. Case No. 221 of 2013 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 392 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code. The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court on 23rd January, 2014 in Cr. Misc. No. 3248 of 2014 with following observations:- "The Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj is directed to expedite the trial of the case and conclude the same as early as possible preferably within nine months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of the order."

It has been contended that though the charges have

Regard being had to the observations made in the aforesaid order dated 23rd January, 2014, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Kuchaikote P.S. Case No. 221 of 2013 (G.R. No. 2727 of 2013).
