The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Nasriganj P.S. Case No. 161 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 of the Arms Act.

As per the prosecution case, two live cartridges have been recovered from house of this petitioner. It is submitted that the house in question does not belong to this petitioner and he has got nothing to do with the alleged recovery. Petitioner claims clean antecedent. Counsel for State opposed the prayer for bail. Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that arms and ammunition has been recovered from house of this petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner abovenamed on anticipatory bail.
