The present petition has been filed with a prayer to restore C.W.J.C. No. 5475 of 2006, which stood dismissed due to non-compliance of peremptory order dated 16-05-2014. After hearing learned counsel for the parties and considering the fact disclosed in the petition, same is allowed. Let C.W.J.C. No. 5475 of 2006 be restored to its original file.

It is clarified that if order dated 16-05-2014 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 5475 of 2006 is not complied with within a period of three weeks from today, the writ petition i.e. C.W.J.C. No. 5475 of 2006 shall stand dismissed without further reference to a Bench. (Rakesh Kumar, J.) Anay U
