JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 08-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by a co-ordinate bench of this court vide order dated 10.03.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 3582 of 2014 and I do not find any new ground to reconsider the prayer for bail of the petitioner. However, the grievance of the petitioner is that petitioner is in jail custody since 06.08.2013 but up till now not a single prosecution witness has been examined.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner in connection with Sessions Trial No. 122 of 2014 arising out of Sugauli P.S. Case No. 211 of 2013 pending in the court of Additional Sessions Judge-VII, Motihari, East Champaran is again rejected.
