12.01.2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State.

The Petitioner seeks bail in Rosera P.S. Case No. 279 of 2014 registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act pending before the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rosera, Samastipur.

Considering the nature of allegations against the Petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to him at this stage. The prayer for bail is rejected.

However, the Petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge if his case is not bifurcated for the said purpose.
