2. The petitioner has filed the present writ petition for the following relief(s):
(i) To issue an appropriate order/s, direction/s including a writ preferably in the nature of CERTIORARI for quashing the order dated 21.10.2024 passed in Jamabandi Cancellation Case No. 48 of 2019-20 passed by the learned Additional Collector, Vaishali whereby and whereunder he
Patna High Court CWJC No.3683 of 2025(2) dt.24-03-2025 2/2 has dropped the proceeding of the case and held that order passed in pending Title Suit No. 1287 of 2023 shall be binding upon the parties.
(ii) To any other relief(s) to which the petitioner may be found entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file Appeal before the appropriate Authority/Court in accordance with law against the impugned order dated 21.10.2024.
4. Learned counsel for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.
5. In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the parties, this case is disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner as prayed for.
