2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 351(2), 109, 61(2), 303(2) & 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per F.I.R. itself, specific accusation of assault is against other co-accused persons. So far as this petitioner is concerned, there is general and omnibus allegation.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the informant opposed the bail petition.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as nature of accusation, let the above named petitioner,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10936 of 2025(2) dt.07-03-2025 2/2 in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - 6th, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Turkauliya P.S.
