2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kajra P.S. Case No. 91 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 115(1), 126, 76, 303, 308, 324, 351(3), 352, 60(a), 3(5) of the BNS.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and others are said to have assaulted the informant and have also demanded extortion money from him.
4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case.

5. From the reading of the allegations made in the FIR, I am of the view that this is a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail.
6. Accordingly, this application is allowed.
7. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-III, Lakhisarai/concerned Court below in connection with Kajra P.S. Case No. 91 of 2024, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
