The petitioner has prayed for the following relief:- " (I) For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of Mandamus, commanding and directing the respondent authorities to make enquiry about the non-distribution of amount of relief to the flood victim in the current year i.e. 2017 as announced by the State Government in Gram Panchayat Raj, Roop Chhapra under Sahebganj Block of Muzaffarpur District and suitably punished the erring officers/public representative who are responsible for the said irregularities and illegalities in nondistribution of amount of relief of flood. (II) For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of Mandamus, commanding and directing the respondent authorities to ensure the payment of relief of flood to the flood victim of Gram Panchayat Raj, Roop Chhapra under Sahebganj Block of Muzaffarpur- District.
(III) For issuance of any other appropriate writ/ writs, order/orders, direction/directions for which the writ petition shall be found entitled under the facts and circumstances of the case."
