2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Naugachia Mahila P.S. Case No. 43 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 498(A), 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code, under Section 3, 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act and under Section 66 (C) of the I.T. Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is the husband of the victim and he is said to have made viral her private photographs.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he is in jail since 21.09.2023.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divsional Judicial Magistrate, Naugachia in connection with Naugachia Mahila P.S.
