From perusal of the impugned order dated 06.11.2014, I find that four prosecution witnesses have already been examined and only Investigating officer and some other witnesses including the informant have been left to be examined.
Petitioners are in jail custody since 09.11.2012 in connection with Sessions Trial no. 603/2013 arising out of Shikarpur P. S. case no. 364/2012 and, therefore, learned Addl. Sessions Judge II, Bettiah, West Champaran must expedite trial of the petitioners even after taking it on day to day basis and conclude the same as early as possible, preferably within six months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
With the above stated observations, this petition stands dismissed.
