Case No. 58 of 2018), vehicle of the petitioner (Honda CB SHINE Motorcycle bearing Registration No. BR 31-T-1297) be released to the petitioner on the petitioner furnishing two sureties to the satisfaction of the District Magistrate, Muzaffarpur. The applicability of Section 56, in the facts and circumstances of the case, shall be considered and decided before proceeding with the confiscation proceedings. With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
