JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 06-02-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Autar Nagar P.S. Case No. 220 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The petitioner is in custody since 4.11.2019. there is case and counter case between the parties. Both sides have sustained injury in the free fight. Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/-(Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-XI,
