Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Revilganj P.S. Case No. 333 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under sections 188, 272/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30, 38 and 41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner has no concern with the seized article. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 14.11.2019.
