The contention on behalf of the petitioner is that much prior to fling the instant complaint case, brother of petitioner no.1 lodged Kesariay P.S. Case no. 08/2014 against the complainant and others and in retaliation to the aforesaid police case, complainant filed present complaint case. It is further contended by him that moreover, there is land dispute between the parties.
