The petitioner seeks bail in Govindganj (Malahi) P.S. Case No. 235 of 2012 for the offence under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 27 of the Arms Act and Sections 3/4 of the Explosive Substances Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a member of the mob. Shyam Narayan Prasad alleged that five persons, namely, Shatrudhan Prasad, Manoj Prasad, Kanhaiya Sah, Mritunjay San and Dipendra Sah came and Shatrudhan Prasad threw two bombs on his brother Ram Narayan Prasad.

It appears that no specific allegation is made against the petitioner Mritunjay Sah.
