Learned counsel for the petitioner, after some arguments, seeks permission to withdraw the present writ application with liberty to avail his remedies available in law. Permission is accorded.

At this stage, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will prefer an appeal before the Tribunal.

Accordingly, the present writ application is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
