JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 13-03-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the informant as well as learned APP. At an earliest, prayer for bail at the end of the petitioner (husband) under Cr. Misc. No. 53068/2013 was disposed of on 10.09.2018 (Annexure-1) perceiving good gesture having shown at the end of the respective parties. From the order-sheet, it is evident that trial court had failed to acknowledge the direction whatsoever incorporated in Annexure-1, as well as it is also evident that probability of petitioner (husband) in shirking from his responsibility could not be ruled out, more particularly, when there happens to be a petition at his end, putting allegation against his wife. Both the parties have stated that case has been committed. Be that as it may, because of the fact that informant

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11378 of 2019(3) dt.13-03-2019 2/2 (wife) is following the petitioner (husband) at every occasion. That being so, the presence of the informant is expected on the specified date before the court of sessions and the learned trial court will see whether there happens to be prospect of reconciliation, then in that event, will allow the petitioner on bail in order to facilitate the same as the lis relates to matrimonial one. In terms thereof, the instant petition stands disposed of.
