The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Complaint Case No.160 of 2019 registered under Sections 498(A), 323 and 341 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that the dispute between the parties has been resolved through the process of mediation, vide Mediator's report dated 10.05.2022. The terms of settlement mutually agreed upon by them is attached therewith. The petitioner has got no criminal

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Vaishali in connection with Complaint Case No.160 of 2019 (Trial No.2858 of 2019) subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
