2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 504, 506, 509/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 66C, 66D, 67 and 67A of the Information Technology Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner is alleged to have intruded upon the privacy of the victim and transmitted obscene photographs of the daughter of the informant by creating fake IDs on different social media platforms.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. As a matter of fact, there was love affair between the petitioner and daughter of

Taking undue advantage of this situation, someone created fake ID and posted obscene photographs. For the same occurrence, the victim girl has also lodged Mahila P. S. Case No. 90/2022 against the petitioner in which he is on bail. He further submits that petitioner is working as a security agent and at present he is living in Bangalore. There is no chance of absconding or tampering with the evidence.
5. Learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposed the bail application and submitted that there is specific accusation against the petitioner that he shared naked photographs of the daughter of the informant to the relatives by creating fake IDs on social media.

Considering the nature of accusation and the fact that petitioner is working with the security agency in Bangalore, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-4, Saran at Chapra in connection with Cyber P. S. Case No. 4 of 2023,
