The present application has been filed for: quashing the order dated 24.5.2017 (Annexure-3 ) passed by the Member Administrative, Bihar Land Tribunal, Patna in BLT Case No. 230 of 2016 by which the learned Tribunal has setaside the order dated 14.9.2015 (Annexure2) which passed was by the Divisional Commissioner, Tirhut Division, Muzaffarpur

Patna High Court CWJC No.9930 of 2017(2) dt.21-04-2025 2/2 in consonance with order dated 24.6.2014 (D.B) passed in C.W.J.C.No. 1091/ 2013 by this Hon' ble Court and the learned tribunal has further affirmed the order dated 5.10.2012 (Annexure-1 ) passed by DCLR Sikrahana Dhaka (East Champaran) in BLDR Case No. 39/ 2012-13 and further be pleased to grant such other relief or reliefs for which petitioner is found entitled in the eyes of law.
