JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-02-2020 Modification petition has been filed by the petitioner for modification in the direction contained in order dated 16.11.2019, passed in Cr.Mis.No. 41267/2019.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the opposite party no.2 may be directed to go to her matrimonial home as the petitioner is unable to visit her parental house because of unbearable interference of her parents in the matrimonial relation.

Learned counsel for the opposite party no.2 refutes the allegation of the petitioner.

In view of breach of undertaking of the petitioner which formed condition of order dated 16.11.2019, petitioner's

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10071 of 2020(2) dt.19-02-2020 2/2 pre-arrest bail order dated 16.11.2019 is cancelled. Let the petitioner surrender and seek regular bail which would be considered on its own merit without prejudice. Modification petition stands disposed of.
