The victim has stated about involvement of the petitioner in the alleged crime but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that victim was major at the time of alleged occurrence and she solemnized her marriage with co-accused Raushan Kumar by her own sweet will but later on, she became hostile and lodged this case. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Nisit Dayal, Judicial Magistrate,
