While deceased Gautam along with Rishideo was going to petrol pump to bring diesel as directed by the informant was intercepted by the petitioner along with four others which was disclosed by Rishideo Kumar. Subsequently thereof, they have gone and found Gautam dead having injury over his body. Perused the case diary. Plea of the petitioner is found on similar footing than that of other co-accused who have had already been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. Nos. 24809/2014, 26666/2014, 29664/2014 and on account thereof, petitioner Govind Choudhary is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Ad-hoc
