JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-01-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 304B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that the daughter of the informant consumed poison due to torture inflicted by her husband and other in-laws for non-fulfillment of demand of dowry after two years of her marriage.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the accusation is omnibus and general against the in-laws and the informant has retracted from initial accusation and has filed a petition before the court below to that effect (annexure-2).

No.1590 of 2016 (2) dt.13-01-2016 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda in connection with Noorsarai P.S. Case No. 290 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) BKS/- U T
