2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bhangaha P.S. Case No. 60/2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 20(b)(ii)(b), 22(b) and 23(b) of the NDPS Act.

3. 500 grams of Charas has been recovered from the petitioner who is in jail since 10.08.2023. The petitioner has no criminal antecedents.

4. Considering the period of custody, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14786 of 2024(2) dt.12-03-2024 2/2 bonds of Rs.100, 000/- (Rupees One Lakh) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned District and Sessions Judge, West Champaran, Bettiah, in connection with Bhangaha P.S. Case No. 60/2023, subject to the condition that both the bailors should be blood relative of the petitioner.
