Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 379, 307, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of Arms Act. Petitioner allegedly assaulted with iron rod causing injury to Sofendra Kumar. Others had also assaulted to Sofendra Kumar. The Doctor has not found any injury on the person of Sofendra Kumar as alleged in the FIR rather the Doctor found lacerated wound at the right foot and bleeding from B/C ear. The injuries were caused by hard and blunt substance. Opinion on nature of the injury is yet reserved. Petitioner is in custody since 14.12.2018. Investigation of the case is already closed.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Rahui (Bhaganbigha) Police Station Case No.359 of 2018, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
