2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Awatar Nagar P.S. Case No. 215 of 2024 dated 16.08.2024 registered for the offences punishable under Section 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109, 303(2), 352, 351(1) read with Section 3(5) of the B.N.S.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is alleged to have attacked the informant's husband with a knife due to which he got injured and fell unconscious on the ground. When her son saw his father soaked in blood and tried to lift him up, then the petitioner's father, Ramesh Singh caught him from

No.17199 of 2025(5) dt.05-08-2025 2/3 behind and the petitioner stabbed with knife on the chest of the informant' son due to which her son got injured and fell unconscious on the ground. It is further alleged that the petitioner took away gold chain from her husband's neck and gold ring from his finger.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case due to previous enmity between the petitioner and the informant. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. It is further submitted that the charge-sheet has been submitted against the petitioner. There is a case and counter case between the parties. The petitioner has no concern with the alleged occurrence. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioner is in custody since 17.08.2024.

Learned A.P.P. for the State and the learned counsel for the informant have vehemently opposed the bail petition of the petitioner and submitted that the specific allegation of stabbing with knife on the informant's husband and son is against the petitioner. The petitioner is the main assailant. It is further submitted that as per the post-mortem report, the opinion regarding the cause of death is kept reserved.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the specific and heinous nature of offence against the petitioner, this court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner and the same is rejected in connection with Awatar Nagar P.S. Case No. 215 of 2024, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Chapra, Saran.
7. The application stands rejected and the learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner and conclude the same at the earliest.
