2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the District Teacher Appellate Authority is sitting tight over the matter and failed to maintain statutory time for disposal of the appeal. The

3. In view of the above, the District Teacher Appellate Authority, Madhubani is hereby directed to decide the appeal in accordance with law within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

4. The delay in disposal shall be viewed seriously.
