The petitioner is said to have given his objections dated 18.10.2022, as is evident from Annexure-P/4. There is no order passed as of now by the authority.

2. In such circumstances, we direct that the petitioner shall approach the Executive Engineer and he shall forward the

Patna High Court CWJC No.3534 of 2024(5) dt.19-04-2024 2/2 files to the appropriate authority, who shall afford an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and pass a speaking order on merits.

3. The writ petition is disposed off with the above observations.
