2. The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 109(1), 126(2), 115(2), 117(2), 118(1), 329(4), 352, 351(2) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita
3. The prosecution case, in brief, is that on 12.12.2025 at about 6:00 p.m., these petitioners along with co-accused Kallu Bind came at the house of informant and started abusing him. On protest made by the informant, petitioner no. 1 assaulted on the head of informant causing injury to him. It is
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10873 of 2026(2) dt.24-02-2026 2/3 alleged that petitioner nos. 2 & 3 and co-accused Kallu Bind assaulted the wife of the informant causing head injury to her.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case due to enmity. As a matter of fact, both the parties are neighbours and on account of trivial issue with regard to buffalo missing, an altercation took place between them in which both sides sustained injuries. There is case and counter case. Injuries to the injured are simple in nature. Further submission is that both the parties have resolved their dispute and on good sense being developed, they have compromised the present case (Annexure-5). Petitioners are in custody since 15.12.2025 having clean antecedent and they undertake to cooperate in the trial.
5. Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State opposed the prayer for bail.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, nature of injury to the injured and clean antecedent of the petitioners, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-I,
