JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 02-12-2015 Heard Sri Nafisuzzoha, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Ramesh Chandra, learned A.P.P. The petitioner, who is in custody in connection with Udakishunganj P.S. Case No. 124 of 2015 registered for the offence punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code, has prayed for grant of bail.

It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that F.I.R. was lodged against three unknown persons. However, only on the basis of confessional statement of one of the coaccused petitioner has been implicated in the present case. It has been stated by referring to statement made in paragraph no. 3 of the petition that petitioner is having clean antecedent. He has submitted that nothing has been recovered.

Accordingly, let the petitioner Manish Kumar be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand ) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Udakishunganj at Madhepura in connection with Udakishunganj P.S.
