Nursing Course, since a duly constituted inspecting team upon inspection of the Institute has submitted favourable report before the Director-In-Chief, Health Services, Government of Bihar, on 29.06.2015.

My attention has been drawn to an order of this Court dated 14.08.2018, passed in C.W.J.C. No. 10626 of 2018 (Maa Tara Institute of Technical Education vs. The State of Bihar &

Patna High Court CWJC No.12051 of 2018(2) dt.18-08-2018 2/2 Ors.), whereby and whereunder, in the similar facts and circumstances of the case, the Court has disposed of the writ application with a direction to the Director-In-Chief (Nursing), Health Services, Government of Bihar, to take a final decision upon considering the inspection report in accordance with law. This application is also disposed of accordingly with similar direction to the Director-In-Chief (Nursing), Health Services, Government of Bihar to take a final decision in this regard by last week of September 2018.

This application stands disposed of.
