Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sessions Trial No.300 of 2014/Tr. No.31 of 2014 arising out of Belchi P.S. Case No.31 of 2013 registered for the offences punishable under sections 341, 324, 326 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code as well as section 27 of the Arms Act.

It has been contended that the case of the petitioner was committed to the court of sessions on 19th February, 2014 but till date no witness has been examined on behalf of the prosecution.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51528 of 2014 (2) dt.14-01-2015 2/2 Regard being had to the observations made in my order dated 24th January, 2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No.3109 of 2014, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional District and Sessions Judge-VI, Barh, Patna in connection with Sessions Trial No.300 of 2014/ Tr. No.31 of 2014 arising out of Belchi P.S. Case No. 31 of 2013.
