The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offences punishable under Sections 302 and 34of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

It is contended that specific allegation of firing is upon co-accused Babloo Yadav causing injury to which victim who succumbed to that. It is urged that the petitioner's name has come on the confessional statement of co-accused of this case but petitioner has neither been named in the first information report nor has he been assigned any specific act in the commission of occurrence. It is also contended that one of the accused Sudhanshu Kumar Singh @ Tantan Singh has already been granted bail by a
