2. The petitioners have moved the Court seeking modification of order dated 07.01.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 18750 of 2010.
3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20913 of 2019(3) dt.01-02-2021 2/2 petitioners submitted that the matter be disposed off as they would file fresh case for quashing the remaining 15 complaint cases also, as there has been settlement in those cases also by the Mediator.
4. In view of the stand of learned counsel for the petitioners, the present application stands disposed off with liberty aforesaid.
