In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with S.Tr. No. 287 of 2014 arising from Ara Town P.S. Case No. 262 of 2014 registered for offences under sections 363/366A IPC and later on Section 376 IPC was added. . Allegation has been made that the petitioner had run away along with the victim Sunita Kumari and later on, she reached her parent' house.

The statement made under section 164 Cr.P.C. shows that the victim had gone along with the petitioner Rohit Kumar and she moved along with him.

Looking to the nature of allegation, let the petitioner,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51465 of 2014 (2) dt.03-03-2015 2/2 above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned District Judge, Bhojpur, Ara in connection with S.Tr. No. 287 of 2014 arising from Ara Town P.S. Case No. 262 of 2014.
