The petitioner has filed the present application for grant of pre-arrest bail in connection with Sahajahanpur P.S. Case No. 82 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 397 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B)A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. Considering the gravity of the offence, the petitioner, whose name transpired during investigation and the police may require his custodial interrogation, I am not inclined to grant pre-arrest bail.
