ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 12-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Motihari Mahila P.S. case No.81 of 2015 registered under Sections 341, 323, 376/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 (POSCO Act), pending before the court of 1st Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge under POSCO Act, East Champaran, Motihari. Considering the nature of allegations against the Petitioner, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
