Petitioner has prayed for the following relief(s):- (i) For issuance at writ/writs, order/orders to grant relief to set aside and quash the possession notice dated 01.01.2021 issued by respondent no. 4, 5 & 6 as well as injunction and quash the sale tender notice scheduled to be done on 09.03.2020 by the respondents no.
4, 5 & 6.
(ii) For a direction to respondent no. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 & 6 for not taking any coercive action against the petitioner.
(iii) For condoning the delay of filing such

(iv) For supply of statement of account till date of current account no. 50090876625 in the name and style of M/s Grihasti, Proprietor Mr. Rajiv Ranjan.
(v) For grant of relief to the petitioner specially because the petitioner is in deprived condition and in great need of economical survival.
(vi) For any order/orders, direction/directions as this Hon'ble Court deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.
It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Indian Bank (Allahabad Bank) that the account, in question, has been closed as the borrower has already paid the entire amount. Nothing else remains.
Statement made on behalf of the Bank is accepted. In view of the statement made on behalf of the Bank, this writ application is disposed of.
It goes without saying that if the account has already settled/closed, No Dues Certificate would be issued in favour of the borrower.
