The name of petitioners came in confessional statement of co-accused Lalchand Das@ Lalchan Das, who has already been granted privilege of bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court. It appears that except the aforesaid material as well as criminal antecedent of the petitioners, there is nothing against the petitioners.
Accordingly, let the petitioners above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Railway Judicial Magistrate Kiul, Lakhisarai in connection with Rail Jhajha P.S.Case No. 66 of 2014.
