One motorcycle and two live cartridges are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner when the petitioner along with others had assembled to make preparation for committing dacoity for which petitioner is in jail custody since 12.6.2015.

No doubt, petitioner carries criminal antecedent of one case but taking note of the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as the period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Manish Pandey, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Muzaffarpur/ concerned court in Ahiyapur P.S. Case no. 499/2015.
