The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 365 and 373/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case is that while the informant was returning from her friend's house she was abducted by Dharmendra Chaudhary. Subsequently Dharmendra Chaudhary handed over the informant to petitioner no. 1 Laddu Mian who took her to his house where petitioner no. 2 being the mother of petitioner no. 1 offered her meal. After a month the informant escaped from the captivity.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54425 of 2015 (2) dt.01-12-2015 2/2 It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that there is no accusation against petitioner no. 2, who only offered meal to the informant.

Considering the nature of accusation, let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners, if the petitioners surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Gardanibagh P.S. Case No. 313 of 2013 pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna.2 With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of.
