JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 25-04-2018 The learned counsel for the parties are in agreement that the present case is covered by a judgment passed in LPA No. 607 of 2012, which is dated 20.10.2016.

In view of the aforesaid, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioners in light of the aforesaid judgment and in case it is found that the petitioners have been absorbed in regular government

Patna High Court CWJC No.14813 of 2017 (2) dt.25-04-2018 2/2 service then the period of service rendered in work charged establishment be counted for the purpose of grant of ACP/MACP and pensionary benefits.

The writ petition is allowed with a direction to complete the entire exercise, as aforesaid, within a period of six weeks from today.
