2. The petitioners apprehends their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, 325, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is alleged that petitioner no. 1 gave iron blow on the head of informant, as a result of which, his head got fractured whereas petitioner no. 2 is alleged to have assaulted him (informant) with lathi on account of which his left hand got fractured. Doctor has found aforesaid injuries to be grievous in nature.

4. Considering the nature of allegation and injury, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioners is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay/- U T
