The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Puraini P.S. Case No. 133 of 2012 registered for the offences punishable under sections 364 and 366-A read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been contended that the case of the petitioner is identical to that of co-accused Munna Kumar son of Umesh Mandal, who has already been granted bail by a Bench of this Court on 14th August, 2014 in Cr. Misc. No. 14561 of 2014. Learned counsel for the State has opposed the prayer for bail. However, he concedes that the case of the petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51560 of 2014 (2) dt.03-03-2015 2/2 stands on identical footing to that of Munna Kumar. Regard being had to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri P.K.Chaudhary, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Udakishunganj, Madhepura in connection with Puraini P.S.
