2. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the writ petition be disposed off with a direction to dispose off the representation filed by him before the respondent no. 4.

3. Learned counsel for the State does not oppose.

4. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to the respondent no. 4 to dispose off the representation filed by the petitioner, copy of which is Annexure-1
